DESCRIPTION:Spring is here! The members of the Women’s Healthcare and Wellness Committee of Mu Lambda Omega Chapter want to encourage you to get out and enjoy our beautiful Southern California weather by exercising on a regular basis to promote good health and relieve stress. A brisk walk or jog daily will help to regulate your blood pressure and even help to shed those unwanted pounds you might have gained during the last couple of years. It will also get you primed and ready for our virtual 5K coming in June. Get your body ready for the 5K by walking and or running. \nHelp us reach our goal of 3 million steps!
