DESCRIPTION:World Refugee Day is an international observance that is organized and celebrated on June 20th every year by the United Nations. It is designed to celebrate and honor refugees from around the world. \nGlobal Impact acknowledges this year’s theme ‘Everyone has the right to seek safety’ by centering our activity around refugee families. We are launching the project #iCARE: New Beginnings for New Neighbors to provide home essentials for families resettling in Los Angeles County.
