Pink Ribbon Yoga

As part of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. International Women’s Health and Wellness initiative Mu Lambda Omega Chapter is hosting an afternoon of Yoga and information about breast health, including the importance of early detection and some available supportive resources for African American women.
Come learn yoga techniques to reduce stress, create flexibility and enhance wellness. All levels, beginner to intermediate are welcome. Please bring your yoga mat and be prepared to relax with yoga instructor Melena Taylor!
Light refreshments and breast health materials will be provided!
