The Mu Lambda Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®, Women’s Healthcare and Wellness Initiative will host a virtual event on uterine fibroids entitled, Just Us Girls PJ Party: Let’s Talk About Uterine Fibroids on June 10, 2022 at 7pm-8:30pm PT.

This event will feature Dr. Gail Jackson, who will bring her professional knowledge to the discussion, as well as some ice breakers and plenty of engagement for all attendees. By age 50, an estimated 80% of African-American women will have developed uterine fibroids.
