MLO Goes To The Black College Expo

The 2017 Black College Expo will take place on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The ASCEND Committee, in collaboration with The National College Resources Foundation will provide complimentary tickets for scholars and parents to attend this MAGNIFICENT event. It is an opportunity for 9th – 10th graders to explore college possibilities and prepare for college entrance. However, 11th & 12th graders are strongly encouraged to bring letters of recommendations and copies of your high school transcripts for an opportunity to be ACCEPTED ON THE SPOT!!!! Application fees will be waived at the Expo. Transportation courtesy of Kappa Alpha Psi is available from Morningside High School.  Our own Dr. Jeshana Avent-Johnson will present a Hot Careers Workshop!
