MLO 2nd Annual Founders’ Day Pancake Breakfast a Success!

Mu Lambda Omega Chapter in collaboration with The Ivy Centennial Foundation held our 2nd Annual Founders’ Day Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at the hottest new restaurant in Los Angeles, Hotville Chicken Restaurant, located just outside the Crenshaw Baldwin Hills Plaza to celebrate the 112th anniversary of our illustrious sisterhood.

Our guests enjoyed a southern style breakfast that was complete with hot off the grill pancakes, eggs, grits, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, coffee, tea, and orange juice. If it sounds delicious and filling, it was! Not only did Mu Lambda Omega Chapter host this fundraiser, members donned customized pink and green aprons and served up hot food to our guests…with a smile!

Thank you to Greg Dulan and Kim Prince, owners of Hotville Chicken Restaurant for again partnering with Mu Lambda Omega Chapter. We also want to send a special “thank you” to the students from Dorsey High School’s Culinary Arts Program, who volunteered for this event and assisted with serving and seating our guests.

Net proceeds from this fundraiser will support our college scholarships and community programs.
