Vice Mayor of Culver City, Yasmine-Imani McMorrin, presented Mu Lambda Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. with a proclamation from the city to commemorate 45 years of service in the Culver City and greater West Los Angeles communities. Mu Lambda Omega President Andria Hancock-Crear accepted the proclamation on behalf of the Chapter at the City Council meeting held on July 10, 2023.
