Congratulations to member, Adrienne Lombard, who just published her first children’s book entitled, ‘Chelsey Chip For President’. The idea for a children’s book came about in 2019, but it was merely just a thought. Once COVID-19 changed life for us all, she was able to reflect on her elementary school experiences. She realized that during the pandemic, there were children who could be missing out on similar school experiences because they had to stop going to school. Adrienne merged her ideas and three passions: baking, modeling, and education. The result was ‘Chelsey Chip For President’.
Chelsey Chip is a self-confident, popular fourth-grader with big dreams and goals, and is determined to make them happen! This is the ultimate children’s book, which includes fun and interactive, hands-on exercises for children, covering a wide range of topics from math to language arts, vocabulary, and science! Children will love to find out what Chelsey along with her two best friends are so determined to accomplish, on her journey to becoming fifth grade class president.
