Members of Mu Lambda Omega Chapter recently attended the 89th Far Western Regional Conference held in Tucson, Arizona. It was a wonderful conference with many workshops, seminars, and opportunities to connect and re-connect with each other from the Far Western Region.
For MLO, the highlight of the conference was receiving six awards and acknowledgement for our community work during the past year:
Acknowledgement of Platinum Status at the Educational Advancement Foundation Breakfast
Committee Awards: ASCEND, Family Strengthening, Global Impact, and Archives
Individual Awards: Andria Hancock-Crear, the Regional Directors Leadership Award; Gail Atley, the Individual Arts and Crafts Award
We are so proud of our chapter and each member that contributes her time and talents so that we can continue our legacy of service to all mankind!
